How we rescued $5K leads from “Unread”
Plus: inbox automations that actually work, big AI agent updates, and one of the sharpest AI+no-code builds I’ve seen.

👋 Hey Vibe Builder,
Inbox chaos → clear leads → $5K saved.
That’s what we helped one founder do last week — and it was just the first step toward a true Zero Inbox setup.
IN TODAY’S EDITION
This week’s edition is packed:
→ The automation flow we used to rescue 23 leads from Unread
→ AI tools I’m adding to the stack right now
→ 7 big AI agent / LLM updates you should know about
→ How Mikey built an $8M/month app — with no code and one AI tool
Skip the noise. Build faster. Let’s get into it ↓
We pulled 23 missed leads out of ‘Unread’ last week — without touching a CRM.
A few weeks ago, I realized we were losing way too many opportunities, just because of bad inbox management.
We weren’t doing this on purpose. It just happened.
Here’s what I saw in my own Gmail:
→ Warm intros from investors — buried in Unread
→ Journalists following up — mixed with newsletters
→ Partnership emails — lost in threads
→ Crisis emails — delayed responses because they didn’t stand out
→ Positive replies — hard to spot because we were guessing tone from subject lines
We had lead follow-up automations set up.
But honestly, that wasn’t the problem.
The problem was → we couldn’t even see the right emails first.
We were reacting to whatever came to the top of the inbox.
That’s when I decided to fix it for myself.
I built a very simple tool:
→ Every new email gets read by an AI prompt
→ It detects tone → positive/neutral / negative
→ It auto-labels emails inside Gmail
Next morning, I just click “Positive” — and instantly see who to act on first:
→ Warm leads
→ Important intros
→ Positive media / PR replies
→ Time-sensitive partnership opportunities
It’s already helping me stay on top of what matters — and saving a ton of mental load.
Now, here’s what’s next:
→ I’m turning this into a Zero Inbox automation stack
→ Will add Gmail → Drive → CRM hooks
→ All inside n8n → no SaaS fees → full control of the system
→ Building in public — sharing the wins, fails, iterations as I go
This was step 1 → basic tone-based labeling.
Next → more advanced routing, priority scoring, and CRM sync.
If anyone is building something similar or has suggestions, I would love to hear them.
I’ll keep sharing updates as I build this out.

How Mikey built an $8M/month period tracker app — with no code and one AI tool.

This is one of the sharpest no-code + AI builds I’ve seen recently — and it’s a playbook any builder can learn from.
Mikey didn’t start from scratch.
He reverse-engineered the market first.
He looked at top apps in the space — Flow, Clue, Cycle Tracker — and broke down what worked: cycle tracking, pregnancy mode, health insights, and a clean UX.
Then came the build.
Instead of hiring developers, Mikey used Lovable to generate and iterate on the full app.
He started with a simple prompt: “Create a full-featured period tracking app with a modern UI. Include period & fertility tracking, symptom tracking, pregnancy mode, and health education.”
Lovable generated the base app instantly.
From there, Mikey refined it:
→ Simplified navigation to four clear sections
→ Cleaned up extra nav bars that would confuse users
→ Polished UX flow
For user data, he integrated Supabase:
→ Handled user signup and authentication
→ Enabled secure data storage — essential for an app handling personal health data
→ Tested the full flow to ensure users could log in and sync data seamlessly
Once that was stable, he built the core product features:
→ Period tracking with start and end dates
→ AI-powered predictions for future cycles and fertile windows
→ Symptom tracking with interactive visual charts
→ Pregnancy mode, including both fertility tracking and a fetal development tracker
→ Health insights — analyzing cycle data and flagging irregular patterns
→ Educational content surfaced based on cycle phase and user data
At this point, the app was fully functional — but revenue matters.
For monetization, Mikey added Stripe:
→ Implemented a $9.99/year premium subscription
→ Connected Stripe API and webhooks to handle payments and user access
→ Tested the entire flow: signup → payment → premium features unlocked
Finally, he polished the design — using Lovable again to apply a modern UI and optimize for mobile.
Stack used:
→ Lovable — core app generation and iteration
→ Supabase — user authentication and data storage
→ Stripe — payments and subscription handling
Mikey built the entire app without writing a line of raw code.
Just clear prompts, the right stack, and thoughtful iteration.
Why it worked:
→ He built for a validated market — didn’t waste time chasing ideas
→ He focused on trust — secure data handling and clear UX
→ He didn’t just ship a “pretty app” — he built one that works and earns
→ He used AI tools intelligently — not just for initial generation, but for fast iteration throughout the build
Today, the app is making $8M/month — all built on a no-code + AI stack.
This is the kind of execution that wins in 2025.

If you want the exact flow we used this week → just reply “ZERO INBOX” and I’ll send it over.
Until then, keep building sharp, simple, and fast.
